30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new hosting accounts include a full 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, simply contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.
Eligible for Refund
- Shared Hosting plans — within 30 days of first purchase
- VPS Hosting plans — within 30 days of first purchase
- Cloud Hosting plans — within 30 days of first purchase
- WordPress Hosting plans — within 30 days of first purchase
Not Eligible for Refund
- Domain name registrations (non-refundable as per ICANN policy)
- Renewal payments (renewals are not covered by the 30-day guarantee)
- Accounts terminated for policy violations
- Add-on services purchased separately (SSL upgrade, dedicated IP, etc.)
- Requests made after 30 days from initial purchase
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Log in to your Hostio.in account panel
- Open a Support Ticket under "Billing"
- State "Refund Request" and your reason
- Our billing team will process within 2 business days
Refund Processing
Refunds are credited to the original payment method:
- UPI / Net Banking — 3–5 business days
- Credit / Debit Card — 5–7 business days
- Wallet payments — 1–2 business days
Pro-rated Credits
For upgrades or downgrades mid-cycle, unused portions are credited to your account as Hostio Credits, usable for future invoices.
